This beautiful miraculous medal measures 25X 19 mm, drop with cross measures 3.25 inch, cross on its own measures 33 X 19 mm, about 1.25 inch. Mary’s Miraculous stamp is on the back of medal. These two pendants are 16 karat gold over 925 sterling silver. A 14k gold filled lobster clasp sits in back connecting both layers. This necklace comes in many lengths.
